AN armed robber threatened terrified staff at a Paisley sandwich shop and made away with a three figure sum.
The thief, who was wielding a knife and blunt weapon, entered the Subway shop in Glasgow Road.
He threatened the male member of staff in the shop before making off with the cash.
No one was injured as a result of the robbery.
Officers are continuing enquiries and appealing for witnesses after the incident which took place on Sunday, September 18 at 6.30pm.
The suspect is described as 6ft in height and of slim build.
He was wearing a dark-coloured hooded jacket and trousers with trainers.
