THERE was a Spring in the step of guests at Inchinnan Parish Church as it hosted a daffodil tea for charity.
A host of fun activities were on offer at the event, including an egg decorating competition.
There was also a prize for the best Easter bonnet, while grown-ups were able to enjoy a cuppa and some tasty home baking.
And the daffodil tea has provided a blooming great boost for the Marie Curie cancer charity, with around £350 being raised for the worthy cause on the day.
Mairi Semple, who helped to organise the event, was delighted with the turnout.
She said: “It was a great day of fellowship and we had the privilege of having some of our people participate in an Easter competition.
“Our winners received an Easter egg for their efforts.
“It was a lovely day for the event too, as the sun was shining brightly.
“The cakes went down a treat and the company was excellent.”
