FITNESS fanatics can release their inner rockstar at a new drum inspired cardio and conditioning class.
Pound class is a full-body workout taking elements from yoga, Pilates, and aerobics while using lightly weighted drumsticks.
These are incorporated into sequences set to a catchy playlist.
Participants can stretch, squat, lunge, reach, warrior pose, and drum solo across the room.
Those interested can come along to the Paisley Lagoon on Wednesday, May 31 for a special Pound Fitness taster class.
All abilities and ages are welcome from 7.15pm to 8.15pm.
