Police arrest man in connection with alleged hit-and-run
POLICE have arrested a man in connection with an alleged hit-and-run in Bishopton last year.
A 21-year-old man was seriously injured following the incident in Greenock Road on Saturday, December 3.
At the time, police said he was hit by a silver or grey Audi A1 car and the driver had failed to stop.
A police spokesman said: "An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is the subject of a report to the procurator fiscal."
