Campaign launched to find best picnic hot spots
PEOPLE who have a love of food and enjoy the great outdoors are being urged to shed some light on their favourite spot for a picnic.
A campaign has been launched to find Britain’s best picnic hot spots, with families across Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire encouraged to take part.
The search has been launched by food firm Wall’s Pastry and Pork Farms.
A spokesman said: “We are searching for the UK’s favourite places to pull out the picnic blanket, savour some good food and appreciate the great outdoors.
“We’ll release our findings in July, to provide some inspiration on the best spots to have a family picnic.”
