CROOKS managed to make away with thousands of pounds worth of goods from a Renfrew home.

Police have appealed for information after the house was raided in Fulbar Street last week.

The property in was broken into between Tuesday, August 8, and Sunday, August 13 and items of jewellery were snatched.

Items estimated to be worth £4,500 were among a haul of items stolen.

Officers are continuing enquiries in the area by carrying out door-to-door enquiries and appealing for witnesses.
