HUNDREDS are expected to descend on Paisley for a fun community event with a Highland games theme.
Ralston Community Games is an annual event launched in 2012 by the community council.
This year the big day will take place on Saturday, September 9 from 12 to 4pm at Ralston Community Sports Centre.
Guests can expect fun and entertainment for all ages from live music to traditional sports.
Games include Scottish art attack, caber throwing, wellie boot toss, hobby horse Grand National, Andy Murray tennis challenge, Highland wrestling and dancing.
Participants can enter games as a team of between four and 10 people, with trophies being given for first, second and third place winners.
Live music, tea and cakes, a cycle race and bucking bronco will also be on offer, while creative painting and bouncy castles will also keep kids entertained.
Stalls, catering and refreshments will also ensure that revellers are fuelled for the day ahead.
