A HEAVY police presence was reported in Ralston after a car was found smashed into a lamppost.
Officers rushed to the crash scene while helicopters were seen flying nearby this morning.
The wrecked vehicle was found at Glasgow Road near Penilee Road on Sunday, September 24 at 9.20am.
It was discovered after a connected housebreaking earlier on in the day at a property in Pollok.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: "A car which was taken during a housebreaking earlier in the day was found crashed into a lamppost.
"Investigations are continuing but we are following a positive line of enquiry."
