A TOP fashion expert went back to his roots in 2007 as he visited his old school.

Style guru Mark Heyes, who appeared on a regular slot on television’s LK Today show, alongside Lorraine Kelly, dropped in to visit pupils at St Fillan’s Primary, in Houston, where he was taught as a youngster.

Pupils at the school were stunned when they spotted the film crew arriving with their cameras and other equipment.

The visit gave Mark the perfect chance to take a nostalgic wander down memory lane.

And footage from the day was also to be broadcast on LK Today to give viewers a glimpse into Mark’s past.
