Lochwinnoch house plans near former St Joseph’s Nursing Home
A PRE-APPLICATION has been submitted for a residential development in Lochwinnoch.
If plans go ahead, Stewart Milne Homes would build at the Burnfoot Road site, between Garpel Burn and the former St Joseph’s Nursing Home.
A spokeswoman for Stewart Milne Homes said: “Our interest in the site at Burnfoot Road is at pre-planning application stage.
“Details will be progressed once we have undertaken community consultations and we look forward to engaging with the local community on our initial proposals for the land.”
