GLASGOW airport terror attack hero John Smeaton is going to be a dad.
The 41-year-old is expecting a baby girl in May with his "soulmate"partner, according to The Scottish Sun.
The ex-baggage handler revealed the news by saying: “Life’s going to be even more fun now.”
He was propelled into the spotlight after he famously warned the airport attackers Kafeel Ahmed and Bilal Abdullah: ‘This is Glasgow — we’ll just set aboot ye,’
The Rangers fan is keeping his pregnant lover’s name secret but admits she’s a Celtic fan.
John, who is from Erskine but now lives in New York, said: “She wants to keep a low profile.
“She’s Irish and a big Celtic supporter, so our apartment now has an Old Firm split.
“She has a great sense of humour — she’s my soulmate.”
The popular Scot received congratulations from friends and family online.
One joked: “Get ready to set aboot nappy changing.”
