POLICE have launched an investigation after a man was left seriously injured from a crash in Paisley.
At around 11.15pm on Tuesday, a 26-year-old man struck a roundabout after losing control in his BMW 3 Series.
Emergency services attended and the injured man was taken to the Royal Alexandra Hospital where he is still being treated.
His condition has been described as serious by hospital staff.
A 25-year-old woman was also in the car and required hospital treatment for minor injuries.
Sergeant Kenny Malaney, of the road policing unit, said: "I am appealing for any witnesses to the crash, or anyone who was driving on Barskiven Road shortly before the crash took place, or anyone who may have seen this BMW to contact me."
