There was magic in the air as a popular country estate was taken over by elves and fairies.
Kids from across Renfrewshire headed along to Finlaystone Estate, in Langbank, where they were treated to a day of fun and games.
Following a mystical trail through the woods, where they got the chance to meet the park’s very own fairy, the children then got the chance to create a magical elf or fairy door to take home with them to remember the special day.
Duncan McNeill, a senior ranger at the estate, hailed the day as a huge success.
He said: “We had around 100 kids there across the whole weekend and the event really seemed to be very popular.
“We do things like this to freshen up our events during the year and to keep things entertaining for the kids.
“For instance, we’ve had Toy Story-themed events in the past.
“The kids loved it and we got great feedback from the parents.
“It was a really great weekend for everyone.”
