WORKS are set to cause disruption on a busy Renfrew road from Monday.
The south westbound lane on Paisley Road through the town will be closed for two weeks for resurfacing repairs.
Works will be carried out between the junctions at Porterfield Road and Cockels Loan, with traffic being diverted

The works will be carried out from Monday, September 3, until Sunday, September 16.
A diversion will take motorists along Broadloan, Sandy Road and Cockels Loan, before rejoining Paisley Road.
Motorists will be expected to follow the diversion, as shown by the green line.

The roadworks are part of Renfrewshire Council's £7.2m investment for 2017/18 to improve the condition of Renfrewshire’s roads.
