Horses from the evicted KL Liveries stables have been escaping from their temporary field causing havoc in Erskine.
Police took several calls from concerned residents in the space of an hour on Friday afternoon when three horses were seen running through the streets.
Calls came from Lubnaig Drive, Linburn Road and Millfield View.
More calls were taken throughout the weekend and our Down Your Way correspondent, Barbara Campbell, managed to snap a picture of some of the horses enjoying the grass round the Millfield area.
Community Police officer, Graham Gibson, is concerned about the horses. He said: "There has been a number of incidents over the weekend.
"We are hoping to have discussions with Renfrewshire Council and the SSPCA have agreed to come out and have a look at the conditions of the field and the horses.
"We want to work alongside the council to deal with it once and for all.
"We will have to continue to deal with it in the interim."
