SCOTS travellers will be able to fly direct to Toronto as Air Canada Rouge starts its new seasonal non-stop service.

The service launched on Tuesday, June 14 with departures three times a week until September 25.

Air Canada Rouge is Air Canada’s leisure airline and will operate from Glasgow Airport to Air Canada’s Toronto hub, Toronto Pearson International Airport.

Flights will depart from Glasgow on a Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday at 8.30am and arrive in Toronto at 10.55am local time the same day.

The return flight departs Toronto three times per week on a Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 6.55pm and arrives in Glasgow at 6.40am the next day local time.

Air Canada Rouge also operates an Edinburgh-Toronto service with up to four flights per week throughout the summer period.
