A RENFREW bridesmaid has been selected as a finalist in a national competition.
Kirstin-Anne Craig was nominated by her sister Rachel-Jayne Murray after being her creative bridesmaid.
The competition, organised by hen and stag experts Red7, saw 14 finalists selected from across the nation to compete for the title.
Kirstin-Anne said: “When my sister asked me to be her bridesmaid, I was absolutely honoured and knew I had to do everything in my power to ensure she, and my now brother-in-law, had the most magical day.”
Creative Kirstin-Anne opted for personalised crafts to make her sister feel truly special.
She handmade the invitations, programmes and bouquets, as well as creating “the most beautiful” wedding countdown book.
And, after the wedding, Kirstin-Anne continued to wow her sister by having her bridesmaid dress specially tailored into a dress for Rachel-Jayne’s daughter to wear on her first birthday.
Kirstin-Anne added: “She had seen stunning invites she had decided were too expensive and was forced to look elsewhere but I knew if I set my mind to it I could make the invites.
“Once I started I couldn’t stop. Before we knew it, we managed to create the wedding she dreamed of.”
