Miracle new year baby

A RENFREW couple were delighted to welcome a bouncing new arrival to their family on New Year's day.
Joanne McArthur gave birth to little Billy at Paisley's Royal Alexandra Hospital, making him Renfrewshire's first arrival of 2012.
