On Sunday, August 31, Commonwealth gold medallists Libby Clegg and Dan Keatings visited Hutchesons’ Grammar School in Glasgow to host the ultimate insider’s coaching session, courtesy of Strathmore’s Do More campaign.

And 10-year-old Jude Bannatyne, from Bridge of Weir, had a blast at a special training session with Dan Keatings.

The event took place at Hutchesons’ Grammar School, where 80 people took part in a training session held by Dan and his coaches.

Dan took his class through various stages including a fun warm up, conditioning exercises and floor work where budding and experience gymnasts could get expert tips on everything from cartwheels to backflips.

Libby and her coaches focused on running technique and participants got the chance to ‘Do it Like Libby’ where they ran blindfolded with a guide – just like Libby does with guide runner Mikael Huggins.
