More than 80 guests attended the networking event, held at Ingliston Country Club in Bishopton, in honour of Scotland’s revered Rabbie Burns.
Donning traditional tartan outfits, members toasted Rabbie’s memory with the traditional Scottish lunch whilst enjoying traditional Scots entertainment.
Ken Mathie, fundraising manager of Accord Hospice, addressed the haggis and gave a toast to the lassies; Ainsley Hamill, singer, and Eilidh Firth, fiddler, from folk band Barluath.
And, finally, on the pipes was regular piper UWS marketing lecturer Russell Campbell. Pupils from Linwood High also enjoyed their first taste of Burns at the event while it was also a first for new Chamber President, Audrey Cumberford, the principal and chief executive of West College Scotland.
