A MUM who was arrested after having a party with a child in the house shouted at officers to jail her.

Jacqueline McMillan, 38, shouted racially offensive remarks to a police officer who had been called to her flat party.

After responding to reports of a disturbance at the property in Acre Drive, in Maryhill, on February 18, cops found five men and four women in an intoxicated state.

A search of the property revealed that a child, aged four, was also present in the house prompting McMillan to launch a drunken tirade of abuse, shouting: “Jail me, I don’t give a f***. I’ve already had one child taken off me, you can do f*** all.”

When placed under arrest, she stated: “I’m not going quietly.”

She then told one of the officers to “get back to your own country you refugee” and “f*** the pope”.

The drunken mum-of-three went on to headbutt one of the arresting officers. McMillan appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court for sentencing after pleading guilty to acting in a threatening and abusive manner and uttering religiously prejudiced remarks and headbutting a police officer.

It was noted that she had planned to go out on the evening of the incident and had organised for a babysitter for the child, but plans fell through at the last minute. McMillan was sentenced to undertake 210 hours of unpaid work in a period of eight months.
