Warning to secure outbuildings following attempted Houston break-in
Thieves attempted to break into a farm in Houston.
The lock on a barn was forced at a property on Turningshaw Road some time between 8pm on Thursday, February 4, and 7.30am on Friday.
The crooks made off empty-handed but police are asking for information from potential witnesses.
Officers at Johnstone are currently making enquiries and are reminding members of the public to ensure that all outbuildings are secured and that any high value property kept within is also secured safely.
