A group of Howwood Primary school pupils were pleased to raise hundreds of pounds for the St Vincent’s Hospice.
The six girls raised a total of £379.10 between them and presented the cheque to the hospice.
Amy Crawford, Alex Hernandez, Erin McLaughlin and Amy Crawford brought in £265.60 through selling home baking, jewellery and painting nails.
Hannah Hewitson, 10 and Fiona Steel, 11 also raised £114.50 by selling cards, tablet and flowers.
Overall the girls enjoyed a week of entrepreneurial skills and raising cash for a very good cause.
