Major delays for commuters as lorry crashes into bridge
A LORRY collided with a bridge in Bishopton causing major delays to train travellers and drivers.
The incident occurred just before 12.30pm.
The crash caused services from Glasgow to Gourock and Weymss Bay to be delayed as the line had to be closed.
ScotRail has said the bridge has been inspected and the line has now reopened.
A spokesman said: "We will return to normal service as quickly as we can."
It is not believed that anyone has been injured.
