A BOYS’ Brigade superintendent and church Sunday school helper has been convicted of abusing a child over several years by tying him up naked with ropes, pinning him to the ground and plying him with alcohol.
Graeme Jackson - who volunteered for ChildLine - also told two children to lie naked in a bed together as he gave them ‘sex education’.
The 66-year-old, denied the accusations against him but a jury found him guilty of two out of three charges after a 12-day trial. The boy and girl, who were abused in the 1980s, went to police as adults two years ago to report the crimes.
