STRACHAN BILLY. After a short illness, Billy passed away at St Vincent's Hospice, Howwood, on Friday 13th September 2019. Billy, beloved son of Helen and the late Bill, much loved brother of Deborah and Iain, devoted and much loved uncle to Greg, Josh and Mitchell. Funeral service, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited, at Woodside Crematorium, on Monday 23rd September, at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. A collection will be taken on retiral on behalf of St Vincent's Hospice.
