Appeal for witnesses after thieves target Renfrewshire homes
PEOPLE are being warned to be on the lookout for would-be thieves after two Renfrewshire homes were targeted over the weekend.
Thieves attempted to bust into a home in Candren Road, Linwood, on Saturday between 10.45am and 7.30pm.
Luckily, the culprits were disturbed by an alarm being activated.
A home was also targeted in Tay Place, Johnstone, on Saturday between 12pm and 3.15pm.
Officers are urging anyone with information to call them immediately on 101.
