Cops bust "£500,000" worth of drugs in early morning raid
THOUSANDS of pounds worth of illegal drugs have been seized following a police raid in Paisley on Thursday morning.
Hundred of cannabis plants, believed to be worth £500,000, were discovered in an industrial unit on Back Sneddon Street in the town's West End.
Two men, aged 29 and 20, have been arrested and are due to appear in Paisley Sheriff Court today.

Cops were alerted to the huge stash after an engineer unwittingly stumbled upon it.
Police have confirmed they will remain on the scene for a number of days while they count the estimated 500 plants.
