A JOHNSTONE couple are facing trial, accused of dealing drugs from their home.
Alistair Harvie and Debra Brown are said to have dealt amphetamine – a class-B drug more commonly known as speed – in the town’s Rankine Street.
Prosecutors claim they were in possession of the drug with intent to supply.
Harvie, 41, and 35-year-old Brown are also said to have been in possession of two other drugs – cannabis and etizolam, which is a former legal high often sold as Valium.

It is claimed they had the banned substance at their home on August 24 last year.
Neither accused was present when the case against them called for the first time at Paisley Sheriff Court last week but not guilty pleas were entered on their behalf.
