A TEENAGER has been banned from a Renfrewshire school amid claims he smashed a window.
The 17-year-old, who can’t be named for legal reasons, is said to have smashed a window at St Fergus Primary, in Blackstoun Road, Paisley.
Prosecutors claim the youngster, who lives in the Ferguslie Park area, broke the window by throwing a stone at it on July 21 this year.

He denied the charge – and two others he faces – when he appeared from custody at Paisley Sheriff Court last week.
Prosecutors also claim the teen committed a breach of the peace at Paisley Gilmour Street train station on June 9 this year by jumping “onto the running lines.”
And he is said to have made a prank call to police on September 12 this year by contacting officers from a phone box in Rowan Street, Paisley, and telling them someone had been stabbed at a property in Glasgow.

Sheriff Frances McCartney released the youngster on bail with two special conditions – not to enter the grounds of St Fergus Primary and to remain within his bail address between 7pm and 7am every night.
A trial has been scheduled for December, with a pre-trial hearing set for November.
