THREE teenagers have been reported to the Children’s Panel after spreading urine and excrement on playground equipment at a Johnstone nursery.
The shocking vandalism took place at West Johnstone Pre-5 Centre on two consecutive nights in July.
Toys were damaged and plants were ripped from the ground during the mindless wrecking spree.
