Man allegedly drove in Renfrewshire while disqualified and uninsured
A MAN is being prosecuted for allegedly driving while disqualified and uninsured in Renfrewshire.
Andrew O’Neill is said to have broken the law in Tandlehill Road, Kilbarchan, on June 11 this year.
He denies two charges under the Road Traffic Act 1988.
When the case against 34-year-old O’Neill, of Stirling, called for the first time at Paisley Sheriff Court last week, it was continued until later this month without plea.
