A TRAINING session to teach people how to deal with emergency situations involving children will take place this weekend.
Those who go along to the paediatric class at the Bobbin Mill pub, the Phoenix Business Park, in Paisley, can learn essential first aid skills.
These will include how to deal with an infant who is choking, wounded or bleeding or has suffered a head injury.
In addition advice will be provided on how to safely carry out CPR on an baby or child.
Sessions will take place on Saturday, from 10am until 12.30pm and from 1pm until 3.30pm, and the cost is £15 for adults and £7.50 for those aged between seven and 16.
