Scotrail commuters were left with reduced carriages on services travelling between Glasgow Central and East Kilbride this morning.
Due to a train fault, passengers were urged to take alternative transport with ticket acceptance on buses for those affected.

The reduced service is expected until around 9am this morning.

Earlier this morning, services between Glasgow Central and Lanark may be delayed or revised due to a signalling fault between Wishaw and Carluke
