TWO men are due to appear in court today following the death of a man in Paisley.
The pair were arrested by officers investigating the death of 48-year-old George Calvert, who was officially named by police on Thursday afternoon.
He was found seriously injured in a close in Glen Street on Tuesday.
Mr Calvert was rushed to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, in Glasgow, but died later that day as a result of his injuries.

Police sealed off the area around the flat as they probed what had happened to him.
Officers in white overalls and blue gloves were also at the scene

Police confirmed two men, both aged 29, are due to appear in Paisley Sheriff Court today in connection with the investigation.
