A MAN had to be rushed to hospital after being attacked in the toilets of a pub in Paisley.
The 58-year-old was in the Last Post, in County Square, at around 3.50pm yesterday when he was assaulted by another man in the loos.
Cops say the attacker was already in the toilets when the man entered and fled the scene before emergency services arrived.
The injured man was treated at the Royal Alexandra Hospital for a head injury before being released.

Detectives investigating the assault say CCTV footage shows another man entering the toilets at the same time as the attack.
They are looking to speak to the man.
The suspect is described as white, in his 30’s with short brown hair. He was wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, blue t-shirt and ‘Fred Perry’ training shoes.
Detective Constable Paul Fanning at Paisley CID said: “We are still trying to establish the exact circumstances of this incident and if there was any motive behind this assault.

“CCTV footage has shown that another man walked into the toilet area around the time of the attack, however he walked out again and has not provided a statement to police. It is vital that this man contacts police as a matter of urgency as he may have information that could assist our enquiry and help trace the person responsible for this violent assault."
