Paisley's RAH
A MAN is being prosecuted for allegedly committing an assault in a hospital ward.
It is alleged that 36-year-old Ross Paris lashed out at Vincent Quinn at the Royal Alexandra Hospital, in Paisley.
Court papers claim he punched Mr Quinn on the head, to his injury, in Ward 27 on April 17 last year.
The case against Paris called for the first time at Paisley Sheriff Court last week.
Paris, of Miller Road, Haldane, West Dunbartonshire, was not present and proceedings were continued without plea to check he is aware of the case against him.
He is ordained to appear at next month’s hearing.
