COPS have appealed for information after a motor was torched by a firebug in Renfrewshire.
Detectives investigating the incident say a silver Audi A3 was set alight in Knowe Road, in Paisley, at around 12.50am this morning.
The car suffered extensive damage and it is the latest act of wilful fire raising in the town, following a spate of separate incidents.

Just last month, a firebug torched a motor just yards from a petrol station in the town's Neilston Road.
Police are asking for anyone with information to call them on 101.
