Scottish Water is set to begin work on a sewer upgrade project in a Renfrewshire village in a bid to prevent flooding.
The work, which will take place in Kilmacolm, is due to start on Tuesday, May 28, and is expected to take around six months to complete.

Ruaridh MacGregor, of Scottish Water, said: “This investment will ensure our sewer network in the area continues to serve customers and protect the local environment. We are committed to working with the community to reduce the inconvenience caused.”
