Human remains have been found in the search for a Renfrewshire worker who went missing almost seven weeks ago.
Emma Faulds, a popular member of staff at Paisley-based care organisation Kibble, was last seen on April 28 at Fairfield Park in Monkton, South Ayrshire.
Police searches had been focused around Barrhill, particularly along the A714 between Girvan and Newton Stewart.

Remains were found during searches of Galloway Forest, an area of woodland in Dumfries and Galloway.
The family of 39-year-old Ms Faulds have been made aware.
A police spokeswoman said: "On Wednesday, June 12, human remains were discovered in the Galloway Forest area.
"The family of Emma Faulds has been made aware and police inquiries are ongoing."

Last month, a man from Ayrshire appeared in court charged with the murder of Ms Faulds.
Ross Willox, 40, was also charged with attempting to defeat the ends of justice on May 10 before returning to Ayr Sheriff Court a week later for a second hearing.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody
