The car was stolen from Poplar Avenue in Johnstone
MYSTERY surrounds the theft of a car from Johnstone which was found burnt out in Paisley hours later.
A red Suzuki Swift was nabbed from a driveway in Poplar Avenue on Monday at around 9pm.
At 11.45pm, it was discovered on fire in Springbank Road, Paisley, as firefighters rushed to the scene. Police believe the car was stolen using a true-key.
