TWO men are to appear in court today in connection with a road crash in Paisley in which a teenager died.

Robyn Fryar, 15, died in hospital after she was struck by a car in the town's Glenburn Road, near Fereneze Drive, in the early hours of Sunday morning.

She was crossing the road with four friends when tragedy struck. Emergency services rushed the teenager by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where she died a short term later.

Devastated pals have taken to social media to pay tribute to the popular teen, with one friend calling her an "amazing, unbelievable person".

Two men, both aged 20, will appear in Paisley Sheriff Court today.
