Police have seized hundreds of thousands of pounds worth of drugs during a raid in Renfrewshire.
Officers acting on a warrant swooped on a property in Well Street, Paisley, at around 5.20pm yesterday.
During the raid, they recovered a large quantity of cannabis plants, with an estimated street value of £315,000.
A 22-year-old man was arrested.
Detective Inspector Stevie Elliot, from the Greater Glasgow Serious and Organised Crime team, said: “This substantial recovery emphasises our commitment to disrupting drug activity and supply within our communities.
“Drugs cause real devastation to communities and families and Police Scotland will continue to target anyone involved in drugs and the criminality that surrounds it.
“Anyone with any concerns or anyone who has information regarding drugs in their area is asked to contact their local police office via 101. Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be contacted on 0800 555 111, where anonymity can be maintained."
