A HOWWOOD woman with "several health issues" who went missing from her home has been found safe and sound.
Carolyn Stirling was last seen on Thursday, August 29, and officers in Renfrewshire were growing increasingly worried for her safety.
The 58-year-old is known to frequent Johnstone town centre and also has connections in the Springburn area of Glasgow, and cops were asking for people to remain vigilent when in those areas.
However, officers have now confirmed to The Gazette that Carolyn has returned home and is said to be doing well.
