TWO men are facing trial accused of dealing class-A drugs in Renfrewshire.
Shaun Grady and Darryl Reid, both from Paisley, are said to have been concerned in the supply of cocaine and powdered ecstasy, known as MDMA.
Prosecutors claim that Grady, 22, and Reid, 20, committed the alleged offences in the town’s Maxwellton Road on December 8 last year.
The pair both face two charges under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and are being prosecuted at Paisley Sheriff Court.
Grady, of Knowe Road, and Reid, of Netherhill Crescent, made their first public appearance in connection with the case last week at a pre-trial hearing.
After not guilty pleas were entered on their behalf, Sheriff David Pender adjourned the case until next month for a further pre-trial hearing to take place.
