COPS are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of an elderly man who has been missing for more than 24 hours.
Allan Woods, 65, was last spotted in the Kilnknowe Cottages area of Howwood at around noon yesterday.
He has been described as being white, around 5ft 8in, of slim build, with grey receding hair and blue eyes.
When he was last seen, he was wearing dark clothing.

Mr Woods walks with a limp and may be using a stick. He also has access to a grey Ford Kuga car, with the registration G1 ADW.
Inspector Jim Cast, from the Johnstone Community Policing Team, said: “We are growing increasingly concerned for Allan’s welfare as time passes and are keen to locate him as soon as possible, to ensure he is safe.
“I’d urge anyone who may have seen him, or who has any information about his whereabouts, to contact us on 101, quoting incident 1522 of October 30."
