Major road to close for repairs on the outskirts of Renfrewshire
A MAJOR road on the outskirts of Renfrewshire will be closed overnight for resurfacing work later this month.
The A8 eastbound between Port Glasgow, in Inverclyde, and Langbank, in Renfrewshire, will see work carried out on it as part of a near £500,000 programme of improvements.
It will mean the road will be closed from 8pm until 6am from Monday, November 25, until Thursday, November 28, inclusive and then Monday, December 2, until and including Thursday, December 5.
