WALKERS in Neilston are using their feet to clear their mind.
Last Thursday morning, the Mindfulness Walks group were out and about again, wandering from The Bank on Main Street up to the Pad and back.
The weekly sessions usually begin with a quick chat about mindfulness before setting off on a leisurely walk, which usually takes up to one hour.
The walks help to clear the mind of clutter and restore a sense of focus.
