EAST Renfrewshire pupils who are passionate about environmental issues have a chance to win a table at a charity dinner with Sir David Attenborough.
The renowned broadcaster will be guest speaker at the Hunter Foundation’s annual charity event, which takes place at the National Museum of Scotland, in Edinburgh, on Tuesday, February 18.
Children from the Barrhead area are being asked to submit a piece of content to consider what changes could be made to address the growing climate crisis, focusing specifically on Scotland.
The best entry will secure a once-in-a-lifetime place at the event for themselves and a group of teachers and classmates.
The closing date is Friday, February 7, and full entry details are available at www.thehunterfoundation.co.uk.
Entrants must get permission from their school and a teacher will need to send the entry to schools@thehunterfoundation.co.uk with the name of the school, an email address and phone number.
