Tenants set for rent increase
TENANTS in Linwood and Johnstone face being hit by a rent hike.
Linstone is proposing an increase of two per cent from the end of March, which is 0.1 per cent below the Retail Price Index.
It says the rise would work out, on average, as £1.60 extra per week and won’t affect anyone on Full Housing Benefit.
